Kutepa Rubber Service Oy provides
industrial rubber lining services and ceramic coatings,
wear and corrosion protection, special and re-coating services,
as well as tire retreading and repairs for heavy machinery.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We protect and coat industrial equipment parts against wear and corrosion using rubber and ceramic coatings.
We perform coatings from single pieces to larger production batches. For example, we can apply rubber or ceramic coatings to the inner surfaces of pipelines, tanks, storage silos, mixers, and shafts. Tire retreading and repairs are also available for both individual tires and series.
Rubber linings and ceramic coatings provide durable protection against wear and chemicals, among other stress factors. Coating creates a surface resistant to wear and corrosion, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment.
Depending on the conditions, coating properties may also help dampen noise or vibration caused by machines or equipment.
We carry out rubber linings either through cold vulcanization or hot vulcanization in an autoclave. Additionally, we offer other specialized coatings, which are determined based on the specific application.
Coatings can be performed both at our facility and on-site at the customer’s location.
We provide tire retreading and repairs for all types of heavy machinery tires – from small forklift tires to large earthmover tires used in mining. We also have tires available in stock, including casings.

Tyre Retreading and Repair – A Durable Solution
Kutepa Rubber Service Oy retreads and repairs all work machine tires for industrial use, mining, earthmoving, forestry machines, and tractors.
We offer retreading for solid, resilient, and pneumatic tires, covering everything from forklift tires to large construction and earthmoving tires.
Our retreading and repair methods maintain the original load and speed rating of the tire.
The retreading process consumes less than half of the energy and natural resources required to manufacture a new tire.
A retreaded tire costs approximately half of the price of a comparable new tire. Price comparisons are based on high-quality tire brands.
